A day of courage, community, and care – all from 9 storeys up!
Today, we had the honour of supporting 25 incredible charity abseilers during a special event organised by Peabody as part of Elly Hoult’s #CHOOSEHOUSING campaign, raising funds for Barnardo’s.

The challenge? A 9-storey descent — taken on by housing professionals and community champions from across the UK, all in the name of helping vulnerable children and young people.

RAIL Rope Access in London Ltd was proud to sponsor the training provided by BeSafety in the lead-up to the event, and to be on-site today offering technical assistance and rope access support.

Massive respect to everyone who stepped over the edge — your bravery is truly inspiring.

Special thanks to:

  • Peabody for bringing this incredible event to life
  • Elly Hoult, Melissa Woodall, Ian McDermott, and the wider team for leading with heart
  • Everyone who fundraised, cheered, or helped behind the scenes!

Swipe for some behind-the-scenes action!
