Brick is one of the most durable building materials on the planet — but only when the mortar holding it together is sound. Once joints start to perish, water gets in, frost expands and the wall slowly fails from the inside out.

Our rope access specialists keep brick façades structurally sound and visually sharp. We handle the full range of brickwork maintenance at any height, with no scaffolding, no cherry pickers and minimal disruption to the people living or working below.

Why brick maintenance is rarely scaffold-worthy

Brick defects almost always concentrate in specific zones — exposed parapets, window heads, weather-facing elevations, joints near rainwater goods. Wrapping a whole tower in scaffolding to repoint 50 m² of mortar is disproportionate.

Rope access lets us target the affected areas. We rig in a day, work down the elevation in sequence and demobilise without leaving a scaffold print on the pavement.

For most planned maintenance and reactive repair work, that saves weeks of programme and a significant share of the budget.
